What personal passions are you able to translate into on-the-job skills?
Laura: I’m always organizing creative events with my friends to bring us all together and challenge us in fun ways. I find my work here at Traffik is not much different. I get to dream up big ideas, and bring them to life with my team. The process can be challenging, but it’s always exciting and very rewarding.
Julia: The best way to remain creative is to create, so I’m driven to use my right brain inside and outside the office. At home, I can be found cooking, writing a short story, or elbow-deep in a home renovation project. I’m always making something new, with no preference for any one medium. Staying creative in my everyday life allows me to more easily tap into those creative stores at work.
